Request an item button on item records that is a mailto link to Archives

How will people in productions request an item they want if they find it in Avalon?

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a button with text like "Request" or "Item Request" that a user clicks to send an email to the Archives email address and gets logged in Jira for Peter and Sammy.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None other currently considered. Sending a user to then log into Mars and search with barcode, and then request item seems like a lot of steps.

What does the button say? Does it have a mail icon on it? Check with Peter. What would be the most useful info in the email subject line for them?
