Sign and add plugin to Grafana marketplace

We need to submit plugin to Grafana marketplace, so it could be verified and signed. This should simplify the installation procedure for users.

As there was a commit & release for changes after signing process, is there any ETA when the data source will be available in the market, it won't it be available on the public market?

Hi @Shawn8901 ! We initiated the signing process and are waiting for the datasources to be included in the marketplace. We can't say the exact ETA because Grafana needs to do some related works

Plugin for metrics was published on Grafana marketplace - https://grafana.com/grafana/plugins/victoriametrics-metrics-datasource/
It has some formatting issues in the readme because Grafana's markdown works differently to Github, but I'll fix that.
Now, Grafana should show plugin as signed and available for installation - see https://grafana.com/grafana/plugins/victoriametrics-metrics-datasource/?tab=installation
