即时渲染模式
分屏编辑预览模式

描述问题

在全屏模式下，打字机模式无法正常工作，即无法将当前编辑的行固定在编辑器中部。

在 Safari 中，编辑达到底部时回车会把光标位置重新移到中间；其他浏览器中打字机模式完全失效。

期待的结果

在全屏模式下，打字机模式应当维持正常的行为。
