saving registers per workspace.

per-project / workspace, I need to save a set of register to use quickly for speedy access, for example a function commonly used, etc..
for this I need to save some keywords/lines/blocks in certain blocks and have them available always in this workspace.
Describe the solution you'd like
extension saves the changes to registers - except for special registers - e.g. clipboard register on shutdown and loads it on startup.
