Replacing all mentions of UNICOM with Advisory Frequency on the eAIP.

Does this affect individual sectorfiles or just the main eAIP? I haven't seen any mention of UNICOM in HKNA

It's a new VATSIM CoC thing.

Instead of UNICOM, its all advisory now.
