Describe the Bug
According to CAA's Oct. 15th AIP Updates, FAPE no longer has active SIDs and STARs.

Additional Context
SIDs and STARs need to be removed from:

  • AeroNav GNG
  • TopSkyMaps
  • GroundRadarMaps
  • eAIP

Sorted on GNG.

@RoboFun01 , you wanna take a look at this from the eAIP, TopSky and GroundRadar (not sure anything is coded on GroundRadar though).
