Flight Plan Validation

• Flights on the Q43/UQ43 (KODES - UTUMI) must be routing at an odd level to prevent conflicts later on in FAJA

• Double check for airways filed in flight plans. Should vFPC throw an error at MAX/MIN flight level, chances are the pilot has filed the wrong airway.
  e.g.

UZ39/Z39:
Z39 - FL200 TO FL245
UZ39 - FL245 TO FL460
