Right now, immediately after successfully deploying a cloud server, uProxy attempts to make an SSH connection to the new server - iff that succeeds, the cloud server is added to the contacts list. This means it's possible to successfully deploy a server and for it not to appear in the contacts list.

We should change that. Very rare but we've had at least one report and it's not very hard to fix.
