configで変数の先頭にあるチルダは展開されると思うが、それ以外のチルダ（コマンドの引数として直に書いた場合など）は展開されなさそう（要検証）

やはり変数の先頭のチルダしか展開されていない

「チルダがホームディレクトリとして展開されるのは、パスの先頭にある場合のみです」とかの注意書きを入れて、空白区切りでshellexpand::fullを使うといいかもしれない
