NSS - Allow users to edit Batch Upload equations

When using the batch upload in NSS for equations, we should allow the user to edit their selections when we display them (like in the GageStats batch upload). When we do this, we'll want to make sure we add dropdowns for items that would need dropdowns.

From Ryan: (He was using the bulk upload template to try and fix 5 equations from a pervious 240 upload session that had changed.)

I edited the 5 MT equations in the bulk upload template, and went to reload it into NSS. All 240 equations came up in the preview window. After I clicked create, it gave the message that none saved because they already existed. This might be another future enhancement (option to overwrite).
