error message is received when reset my password link is clicked from email for valid username
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Login screen
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter valid username and hit submit
4. go to email and click on reset my password link
5. See the error message

Expected behavior
No error message should be displayed rather reset password modal should be displayed.
