This will likely involve:

  • Loading/cleaning the LCFS raw dataset files from UKDA
  • Loading/cleaning the carbon emissions sources
  • Generating a mapping from LCFS expenditure categories to emissions data source categories
  • Transforming the expenditure for various categories into emissions for those categories using the emissions data source
