Keeping Correct Aspect Ratios on Mobile Devices

This Error happens when you place buttons onto a scene, but the buttons get crushed when the screen gets smaller, the Labels themselves have the issue with not resizing properly.

Ive come across a Issue where I placed buttons, but I have all 4 Directions Selected & I have Proportional Selected, the buttons still get crushed on a 16:10 Ratio. And the Labels refuse to Change Sizes Correctly to Match the Parent they are connected too.

Has anyone else had this Issue?
