Show list of graduation semester in sidebar

• Vireo 3 populates graduation semesters as a list in the sidebar filter. And future semesters don’t populate unless there is a submission for that semester, which makes it easy to investigate any of those submissions by clicking on the year.
• In Vireo 4, you have to toggle year by year, and there’s no way to see which future semesters we may have submissions for efficiently.

This filter should be an addition and not a replacement. The additional filter title should be Graduation Semester (List). Please restore the previous filter.
