In discovery.xml, ensure dc.title affords discovery as title for any item/entity (for search, browse, etc.)

This is likely the case already, as we have only made accommodations for additional fields to be treated as titles or item labels. Do not prioritize cleanup of prior customizations. Probably the dc.title still works after earlier customizations.
