dc.provenance.chainOfCustody is recording item titles as "null"

Need to point to correct metadata field (dc.title.project), possibly using a different getter method in code.

Use dc.title first, if dc.title is null, use dc.title.project.

The resolution of this issue will be to include dc.title for both project and dataset.
