Description: Add a competitive element by showing a leaderboard of top-performing users.
Page Path: /pages/test_section.py.
Affected Functionality: Test results display.

Suggested Enhancement:
Store test scores in a database.
Display top scores using Streamlit charts or a dynamic table.
