The alert box is quite long and full of complicated text, and for some reason this is on the only alert box in the interview. Can this be made into an accordion? Are we stuck with this exact boilerplate language or can we rewrite it for readability?

At least, attention should be paid to rewriting the heading.

Maybe:

Are you willing to attempt to settle this claim through mediation? => "Do you want to try to work this case out with the help of a mediator?"

Additionally - "Learn more about mediation" isn't consistent with how we use accordions. Typically, an accordion is used with the clickable element in the form of a question.

This accordion that links to a new page uses the "click here" language we should avoid.

It also needs a warning that it takes someone to a new tab.
