[Small bug] Duplicate / Separate entry in the journal of "Clob's Son Missing"

Bug description

I am currently doing Clob's Son Missing mini-sidequest. At the journal entry, two separate
entries appear. I believe this is a bug, as normally all new events for a specific quest, are
noted down into the very same entry. At the least in a vanilla game run, so I would propose
to unify / merge these two separate entries into a single one. That way players can more
easily see which one is the correct one (at first I thought no entry was recorded, after I
spoke to a witness NPC; but then I realised that under the current one, I can now see a
second entry with the very same name, but different content.)

Edit: Interestingly, I just solved the quest, and only one journal entry appears, but I am
about 100% certain that two entries were shown before. I may have to look at this
again in the future if it is a real bug or not.
