[Feature Request] Different wall order for first layer

This should be a relatively simple yet effective change: add a setting for a different wall order on the first layer. Since there are no overhangs on the first layer, a wall order such as Outer-Inner could be used for more consistent adhesion and better dimensional accuracy. Meanwhile, you could continue to use a wall order such as Inner-Outer-Inner for other layers for improved overhangs.
