Change colors in game

Hey ! Nelson ive got an idea arround the game ( Be able to switch color of they UI & color of the blood ) Could be in rgb or pre defined colors but it would be awesome , By the way little idea add a settings to skip dialogue in trader like when enabled theres no text animation its just instant.
