Hi,
Nice implementation. I have few things I would like to see added/changed:

  • there are some libraties needed and it would be nice to have everything in one package
  • you are importing paths that people are not aware of eg. simonwaldherr.de/go/golibs/gcurses
  • you have gif's that work on white background however I only managed to generate inverted gif's
  • is it possible to make all gif's loop forever?
  • would be nice to be able to import RLE encoded patterns (http://www.conwaylife.com/w/index.php?title=Run_Length_Encoded)
