UI or console show scryfall outages

I suspect this will come up very rarely, and it only adds marginal value in those cases, so it's way lower priority. But in an ideal world, we should detect when scryfall is inaccessible from the client and indicate this problem to the user somehow.

Could there be a fallback to another image source (like gatherer) in case scryfall has issues?
