v3.0.0-rc.8

Platforms tested on:

Linux

Bug description:

claim command return an error saying a param is missing even if it's present and exemple link has bad format.
Works with "addr", without inverted commas the link is broken at the first &.

The addr example use the old format with full keys instead of single letter
