This PR consolidates the
minimalandfulltesting forcirrus-ciinto one task that runs thefulltests. Thefulltests are fully inclusive of theminimaltests.Running both
minimalandfulltest tasks (for all Python distributions) is a waste of time, resource and compute credits.Consult Iris pull request check list
