Description
This PR aims to remove the obsolete build-release workflow and the ESS pipeline trigger, as they are no longer required due to the automation of the release process.
Motivation
We have automated the release job workflow, eliminating the need for the build-release workflow, which previously created and uploaded a new image for manual releases. Additionally, the trigger for the ESS pipeline has been removed as it’s no longer in use.
