since 0.2.0, datetime from gpx file are not naive, which can lead to incorrect time and errors before obtaining weather data.

errors are linked to the last version of gpxpy:
v1.3.5 introduces a new time parser, which is not returning naive datetime.

As workaround, reverting to 1.3.4 fixes issues with dates and weather.
