Include Deno Version in "Engine Versions" on release & in Workspace Dashboard

It would be brilliant if release notes included the engine version of Deno used in CI/CD, that way server owners can ensure they are using the correct tested / stable version of deno for that release.

It would also be nice to show the deno version running on the system. I had an issue where my system was using a different deno binary than my shell, so debugging deno issues took some time. if the workspace dashboard showed the deno version, it would have saved me a ton of time debugging!
