Problem

I'm always annoyed when rocket.chat impersonates me to notify colleagues of my mention. If I @ mention somebody in a channel who is not part of it, I can choose to add or notify them (or do nothing). This is a great feature. Yet, when I notify them, the following message gets sent to them in a 1-on-1 direct message:

`Myself` 4:10 PM

> `Message containing the @ mention in the other channel

You're not a part of `channel-name` and I mentioned you there.

This leads to colleagues thinking that I personally would have written that text. Therefore they think it has high urgency because I choose to make them aware immediatly in a private conversation.

Rocket.Chat is somehow impersonating me.

Describe the solution you'd like

The sentence should be rephrased to make clear that it is an automated message. It should also be posted by e.g. rocket.cat instead of me.

Here is a suggestion:

`Rocket.Cat` 4:10 PM

> `Message containing the @ mention in the other channel

This is an automatic alert because you're not a part of `channel-name` and `person` mentioned you there.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Have a dedicated private channel for each person where such alerts are featured. One can already speak to themselves so maybe thats a possible location for the message.
