app : desktop client rocket chat v3.8.16

I installed it from snap AND from apt. Same problem in both cases.

When someone sends me a message, I get the visual notification but not the sound notification.
Nothing is turned off in my settings

Also, I tried the sounds: Beep, Chelle, Chime, Ding, Door ...
