由于win板没有键盘，使用触摸屏快捷调节进度、声音、亮度非常有必要。

这个功能在旧版哔哩就有了，但是新版不见了，是作者大大忘记了吗？

现在要做的事情很多，这里的手势操作留在之后做

win板子使用目前可以先用浏览器插件或者官方uwp版，作者加油👍
