<p class="page-text"> 【記者鄧芯怡台北報導】民眾認真地看著展板上的圖片與文字，透過導覽師生們熱情地分享，瞭解各大學的社會責任實踐計畫（University Social
Responsibility，下簡稱USR）（。教育部大學社會責任推動中心於19至20日在松山文創園區舉辦「大學築光・智滙永續」大學社會責任實踐博覽會，展示USR成果，內容包含靜態成果展、主題演講、手作活動等。</p>

「這次的博覽會採取虛實整合的方式，結合『動』與『靜』的活動，希望大家都可以有最佳體驗。」教育部大學社會責任推動中心總主持人蘇玉龍教授説明。博覽會推出線上直播，讓不能到場的民眾參與，也設置人氣投票獎，鼓勵各大學積極與民眾互動。為了贏得獎項，攤位使盡渾身解數吸引民眾投票，規劃遊戲、抽獎和體驗活動，場面非常熱鬧。

<p class="page-text"> USR計畫關注多元議題，其中文藻外語大學的
「溫暖白色巨塔的小螺絲釘-文藻國際志工共創就醫無障礙計畫」針對新住民提供就醫翻譯服務，組織學生志工為病人與外籍醫學生翻譯。文藻外大外語教學系學生蔡依蓉說：「很多人對於外籍移工的誤解，是因為他們不熟悉移工們的英語口音，因此在溝通上才會產生問題。」他在計畫中學以致用，不僅成為醫生及病患的溝通橋梁，也精進自己專業。

在「USR大地餐桌」環節中，民眾快樂地製作鬆餅，其使用的鬆餅粉由田董米製作而成，且特別取用碾製過程中產生的碎白米，避免資源浪費。田董米耕作過程沒有使用化肥、農藥，保護水鳥棲息環境，「新南田董米」團隊夥伴周雅淇説：「（水鳥）保育很燒錢，我們也需要很多的人力進行人工除草、施肥，和大學合作可以減輕負擔，也可以讓學生學習。」因此團隊與國立宜蘭大學合作，發展生態農業。

觀展民眾鄭雅馨通過展覽瞭解平時沒注意到的社會議題，非常支持USR計畫。他補充，「USR計畫讓大學生可以培養同理心，而且在實際幫助社會的過程中，還可以精進技術。」協助爭取經費的立法委員吳思瑤表示，未來他會為USR計畫爭取更多補助，並簡化行政流程，讓USR計畫能長久實踐。博覽會則期盼USR計畫未來能推廣至各大學，讓大學和社會共同前行。
