【記者鄧芯怡台北報導】在展牆照片上，緬甸孩子們於竹片搭建成的簡陋教室上課，憑昏暗光線認真地寫著筆記。緬甸華文教育服務團（以下簡稱服務團）為致力於緬甸偏鄉教育的非營利組織，於11至12日在瓶蓋工廠台北製造所舉辦《重啟感動，勇敢前行！》五週年特展，向大眾介紹緬甸及服務團。

特展結合靜態展覽及有趣的動態活動，促進服務團與觀眾深度交流。團長林語珊表示，「我們希望通過特展讓民眾先以不同方式瞭解緬甸，之後再來瞭解台灣其實有一個服務團，一直都在為緬甸偏鄉教育努力。」他說明，服務團帶領志工到緬甸偏鄉華文學校服務後，發現服務無法解決孩子們教育的根本問題，因此籌辦其他計劃改善偏鄉學習環境，包括募集華文教材、燈泡和淨水設備，及修建「希望小學」與「集會棚」。

緬甸僑生自願擔任特展志工，與觀眾分享他們的家園及當地面臨的民生困難，民眾也積極提出問題，想更深入瞭解緬甸偏鄉教育的處境。中國文化大學學生張仁玉為特展志工，長期關注家鄉偏鄉教育，他分享道：「我以前就曾和朋友送物資到偏鄉，來到台灣發現服務團後就更想參與，盡一份力。」

除了靜態展覽外，服務團也規劃手作活動，尤其「茶葉拌豆DIY」受到民眾歡迎。茶葉拌豆是緬甸特色美食，主要作為主人招待賓客的餐點。民眾興致勃勃地在緬甸老師的帶領下，將番茄、高麗菜、檸檬等食材搭配當地特產的茶葉拌醬，製作這道料理。參與民眾呂惠真分享，「我特地從基隆趕來參加活動，因為我覺得非常有趣，而且也吸引我更想認識緬甸及服務團。」他很享受這個體驗活動，也很喜歡茶葉拌豆的口感。

疫情讓服務團運作更艱難，然而團隊即使面臨挑戰，仍不放棄經營，在疫情期間於台灣成立「甸記」點心品牌，除了讓在台緬甸僑生發揮烘焙才華，也借此募資。林語珊最後補充道：「我希望未來能與其他同樣關注東南亞議題的團隊合作，辦更豐富多元的活動，除了讓民眾更有收穫外，也可以推廣服務團。」
