【記者陳孟樺台南報導】「在抗議的場合不需要太多言語，只要有一首歌，就能凝聚彼此。」2022臺南國際人權藝術節以「街頭」為主題，在國立成功大學舉行，其中「我們一起唱歌——社運抗爭與弱勢者之歌」邀請前黑手那卡西創團團長陳柏偉演唱社運歌曲，呈現社運人士爭取人權的抗爭過程。

活動聚焦發「聲」於台灣街頭的不平之鳴與社會議題，策展人劉南芳說明，「這個場域容納各式各樣的平權問題，希望可以跟過去以族群的角度切入有所不同。」系列活動長達一個半月，包含演唱、戲劇表演、工作坊、展覽及專題演講，將結束於10日國際人權日。此次活動關注「街頭」，陳柏偉認為許多政治人物站在街頭領導抗爭，開啟從政生涯，但當他們成為政治領袖後揚長而去，街頭徒留社會底層人民，他說：「街頭同時是政治鬥爭之後被忽略，或是被無視的地方。」

偌大的舞台上，陳柏偉孤身一人，手拿貼滿抗爭標語的木吉他，以歌謠和短講，道出歷史上無數場社會運動。黑手那卡西成立於1996年，是台灣第一個為了社運而成立的樂團，雖然2016年因成員們對政治參與形式的想法不同而解散，前任團長陳柏偉仍孤軍奮戰，堅持與弱勢群體站在一起。他曾與受刑人、精神病友及無家者共同創作，「跟弱勢者來談談自己的生命故事，透過音樂的形式創作出來，用他們自己的聲音，他們自己的話語。」

陳柏偉反覆吟唱淺白的歌詞，國台語交雜，如社運標語般強而有力，當他一撥和弦根音，伴隨著高亢吼腔，過去的抗爭現場一瞬之間便呈現到觀眾眼前。成大歷史學系的孫煜宸認為，「這場演出是文化上的行動，不是政治上的行動。」在他的觀察下，人權議題常容易被認為是極端的，也被貼上負面標籤，若以藝術作為媒介，較不會掩蓋抗爭原始訴求與初衷，也較能被大眾接受。

活動重現台灣社會曾走過的人權爭取過程，透過當年社運歌曲與故事，傳達街頭人權精神。成大的邱同學（化名）表示，「有些歌曲會跟社運參與者一起討論、創作，這是我以前沒有想像過的。」每屆活動皆以多種形式闡述議題，藉藝術打動更多民眾，劉南芳提及，「透過藝術再現的東西才會是長遠的，舉辦人權藝術節雖然不會立竿見影，但你一定要有個開始。」而劉南芳即將卸下策展人身份，他希望未來能有更多學校關注人權議題，將社會記憶透過藝術創作再現並流傳。
