【記者鄧芯怡綜合報導】中國2020年初因疫情關閉邊境，至今仍對出入境實行嚴格管控，但於10月底宣佈有條件允許外籍學生回到中國繼續學業。然而，允許入境的條例標準不一，引發學生不滿。醫學系學生（Bachelor in
Medicine and Bachelor in Surgery, MBBS）因此在Twitter上發起「#takeUsBackToChina」活動，要求中國外交部給予回應。</p>
<p class="page-text"> 巴基斯坦外籍醫學生聯盟（Foreign Medical Students Union Pakistan,
FMSUP）表示，他們從兩年前就申請回到中國就學，目前粗估仍有超過4000名醫學生等待許可證發放。雖然中國已開放外籍學生入境，但最關鍵的無異議證書（No Objection Certificate,
NOC）是否發放還是取決於各個大學。此外，入境中國的程序相當繁瑣，天津大學博士生亞西爾・伊克巴爾（Yasir Iqbal）說明，取得無異議證書入境後，仍必須輾轉各地，隔離至少21天才可入校。</p>

「醫學系學生應該更被重視。我們沒有實作經驗，難道我們未來看診時要用Google搜尋嗎？」目前就讀於醫學系三年級的學生Abigail（化名）無奈說道。他相當擔心未來就業會遇到困難，除了患者不願意信任他們，巴基斯坦醫學委員會（Pakistan
Medical Commission, PMC）也不承認他們通過線上授課得到的學位，因此失去當初選擇至中國學習的意義。</p>

「我的心情很低落，我的朋友甚至都快崩潰了。」另一名仍在等待回到中國就學的印度學生Caroline（化名）說道。他也解釋，長期待在家中上課必須面對親戚朋友的質疑，讓他備感壓力。Caroline也控訴，線上上課都是觀看預錄的教學影片，學校除了不認真檢查出席，更不會監督學生的學習進度。他的家長因此認為孩子受到的教育品質不值得他們繳納高昂的學費，感到相當不滿。

巴基斯坦外籍醫學生聯盟表示，目前有超過20所大學尚未發放許可證，而這些大學都是處於疫情高風險的地區。他們也補充，部分學生雖然也想為自己發聲，但擔心校方針對他們，因此不敢採取行動。「當初政府不允許我們入境，現在開放了，校方卻一直拖延，最後遭殃的還是學生。」Abigail表明他們目前處於兩難的狀態，每天都在希望和絕望中徘徊。他憤慨地說：「我們不能再等了！」
