【記者江昇綜合報導】天井灑落的光線，在層層沖孔板過濾下由白轉褐，隱喻茶湯由白水煎煮成黃褐的過程。中原大學室內設計學系學生蘇俊璋、李珮溱以建築設計作品「濾－三徑就荒茶空間」，榮獲2022美國建築大師獎商業空間類別全場大獎。

「濾－三徑就荒茶空間」是蘇俊璋與李珮溱在課堂中，為台灣茶空間品牌「三徑就荒」設計的商業空間平面圖作品，該空間可供使用者品茶、展售商品、舉辦藝文展覽等。三徑就荒一名取自陶淵明的＜歸去來辭＞，原指君子的風骨氣概，在此則用來代表茶的樸實特性。蘇俊璋說：「泡茶最重要的是希望你沉澱心靈，感受泡茶帶來的儀式感。」因此兩人設計出茶空間，期盼能讓使用者在喧鬧的城市中，體驗茶道的寧靜氛圍。

「過濾」是蘇俊璋和李珮溱的核心設計理念，兩人的指導老師、中原大學室內設計學系助理教授洪逸安說：「可能過濾塵囂、可能過濾情緒，以此為主軸發展整個空間。」天井裝設的層層沖孔板如同濾網一般，可讓空氣與光線通過，藉此產生對流，同時豐富室內景觀。燈光在穿透沖孔板的過程中，光點也會逐漸由白轉黃、由黃轉褐，就像煎煮茶湯時的色澤變化。

三樓的品茶區設有茶席，讓使用者在泡茶時席地而坐。蘇俊璋解釋，茶文化有專門的行為與儀式感，茶席相較於一般座椅，更能體現出日式的茶道精神。「讓顧客感受到這個空間想講述茶。」政大茶藝社副社長廖羽恩也認為，適當的空間選擇能為泡茶過程賦予藝術氣息，對品茶者的體驗而言相當重要。

設計之初，洪逸安要求所有學生以一座位在上海的空屋作為設計基地。蘇俊璋表示，由於該基地本身樑柱過多，不易實踐預想的天井設計，這點曾令他感到苦惱。最終，他決定將樑柱與天井的沖孔板結合，讓樑柱數量由上到下逐漸增加，在克服基地先天限制的同時，也呼應過濾的主題，「把問題融入理念，讓缺點變成優點。」他說。
