bug(YouTube): Shorts player playback stuttering

Bug description

When watching YouTube Shorts, the video occasionally rewinds or skips back a few seconds. It then resumes playing normally from the point it rewound to. This issue happens every few Shorts being watched.

Same for me i thought only i had this issue i am on a rooted device without video spoofing.

From my testing, there's no issue in v19.44.39 but the issue is present in 19.47.53.

Default video quality seems to be the one causing the issue. If set to Auto, there seems to be no stuttering but when set to 2160p (quality I set it to otherwise), Shorts stutters.
