Visualize page: currently selected lane is not persisted by deep linking functionality #250

When a page is refreshed, the only information persisted is the extents (extent0 and extent1). If a user has a different lane selected that will not stay selected after the page loads.

Include the selectedLane as the id of the group that is currently selected in the URL.
