Qubes OS release

R4.2 but R4.1 might also be affected

Brief summary

qrexec-client ignores all service configuration errors

Steps to reproduce

Have a service in dom0 with bogus configuration.

Expected behavior

It works, but without the configuration.

Actual behavior

It fails.
