Add config field with type "hidden"

With the exportEvent feature PostHog/plugin-server#408 using meta.config to configure some export parameters, it would be nice to get a new config field "hidden", which would be set as normally, but hidden from the plugin configuration interface.

This could be used to set a default of "upload every 10 events" or whatever to the export plugin.
