Plugin Request: Databricks export

This was portrayed to me by a potential user as their "data warehouse". It isn't really a warehouse by itself - it is a "Lakehouse", which sits on top of Delta Lake, which in turn sits on top of established storage platforms (like S3). So ultimately, the S3 plugin might be sufficient here. It's worth waiting for any potential requests for bespoke integrations with Databricks tools to decide if there's a move here that makes sense for us beyond the current exports to all major actual warehouses we offer.
