Source Final Review Screen

This would be the final checkpoint for a source in our Source Collector.

Here, an admin user could review a source, review suggestions for record_type, agency, and relevancy, make modifications, and approve or reject.

Source to approve will be obtained by endpoint described in #150

If any annotations exist for an entry, the page will default to the most supported annotation, which the admin can then accept as-is or modify.

Source will be submitted via endpoint described in #151

If approved, the source is submitted as an accepted source to the source collector application.

If rejected, it is marked as such in the source collector database, and no additional annotations will be permitted for it.
