Error with sub-albums

A video in a sub-album won't play: "No video with supported format and MIME type found". The same video copied to a top-level album plays flawlessly. (Note I don't have root so am manually copying the video and thumb to the album and its pwg_representative directory respectively.)

This is using the Native Browser player, but same issue with the various versions of the Video.js player. I don't see where Piwigo or the plug-in will show version info; this is a new install, so assume latest versions of both as of this date.
