Refactor data formats for Herbarium data and new ingest of iNat data

We are closing in on herbarium machine labeling and it may entail some changes to data formatting to included "observer id", "collector name", "institution code" and "collection code" and "catalog number" to assure we can provide crucial metadata that might be of use. We can maybe discuss this at our call on Friday.
