[Feature request] DVR on vehicle

OpenIPC modules like the Thinker have an SD Card attached and so does RPI/Radxa on board vehicles. The quality of the video feed is likely going to be better on the vehicle and storing it locally makes sense for high quality video.

The feature would add a second recording capability that would record the video feed on the SD Card of the vehicle. It could be triggered with a quick action button separate from the controller recorder.
