I cannot implement it safely due to this: I'd rather not risk damaging one's monitor with a 'hacky' PowerShell script, but I'll mention the fix on the wiki. |

OK, just discovered @radamar's Custom Resolution Utility (CRU) which - even if a bit dated - seems to work well for customizing/setting monitors' refresh rate and resolution under modern Windows. |

I had some refreshing rate problems with my office-workstation' secondary monitor (an old ASUS WK222H): the - modded but not using CS - Win10 installation frequently switches between 59,852Hz and 60,164Hz causing temporary monitor drops - black screen - from HDMI.
I found this regfix that would be cool to be implemented somewhere in CS:
