Hate forge makes vaal skills cost rage instead of souls.

What is the wording in Path of Building?

When i equip hateforge in POB it changes it to a soul cost however it costs 0 rage. Which is obviously not the cast. It should cost 20 rage in pob. Not factoring in the reduced cost from hateforge.
