What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Context: https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Energy_Blade

In PoB the calculation is the same when single 1 handed weapon energy blade or dual wielding energy blades.

According to the wiki under quality and enchantments: The Anomalous and Divergent qualities provided global modifiers (not local), causing the effect to be doubled while dual-wielding Energy Blades. This means you can have 100% chance to Shock or fully convert your Energy Blades to Chaos Damage with only 50% quality on the gem.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Only 1 weapon is used during calculation.

How to reproduce the issue

equip Crest of Desire
equip 2 1 handed weapons to build (or equip the same 1 handed weapon in each weapon slot)
add divergent energy blade to build and slot it into helmet
add lightning strike to build to have an easy damage profile to check

go to calc panel and see 50-70% lightning damage converted rather than 100-140%
