• I'm running the latest version of Path of Building and I've verified this by checking the changelog

Check for duplicates

• I've checked for duplicate issues by using the search function of the issue tracker

What is the expected behaviour/value?

When i open the app, its suppose to show the big skill tree.

What is the actual behaviour/value?

A black screen appears with little dots of colour.
I can't click anywhere.

1- I tried reinstalling 10 times already, no changes.
2- i turned off hardware acceleration
3- PoB was working perfectly fine before this week.

How to reproduce the issue
