Describe the bug

➜ Get-GithubContext -ListAvailable | Disconnect-GitHub
Exception: Please provide a valid context or log in using 'Connect-GitHub'.

Version information

0.11.16

To reproduce

Log in multiple contexts
Run Disconnect-GitHub <- Should disconnect the current context.
Run Get-GithubContext -ListAvailable | Disconnect-GitHub <- This should disconnect any remaining context, but complains there is no default context... This it should ignore at this point.
